Where is Oshen available?
The app service is currently available in Al Qatif only.

Does the SAR 79 fee include repair cost?
No. The service fee includes flatbed transport, inspection fee, and the price quote. Repair and parts are priced separately per your approved quote.

Does repair start before I approve?
No. We send a clear quote and no work starts until you approve. If extra parts are needed during repair, we notify you beforehand and again after completion with the results.

What if I don't approve the quote?
If the quote doesn't suit you, your car can be returned without repair — we'll work with you to arrange return.

A one-month warranty on approved work per the service terms shown.
